Method Killing myself tonight

Killing myself in around two hours. Only accessible option I have is slitting my wrist. Any advice on how to better make this method doable. I can cut pretty deep as I self harm and often cut to fat and muscle when I do so I'm pretty confident I can cut deep enough.

But I wanna be sure it succeeds. Is there another way to guarantee? Like taking cleaning chemicals or something. I've tried partial hanging from my door handle but it never works

I hope you are aware if you cut with dirty knife or razor, you might catch sepsis (blood poisoning) and it is not very fun way to die.
