So I'm not expecting much as I've previously taken 3 months worth of sertraline and propranolol and lived to tell the tale after a couple of nights in hospital but I took the entire 200 jar of Kalms (If anything just out of self hatred after a hard day and my knife was blunt so that's the self harm I could take). Any nasty things to expect in the morning?
