Let me say this. It's not ibuprofen, but I have taken 20g of acetaminophen in the past. If it's at all similar, you should make yourself throw up immediately. If it's too late, I'd advise go to the hospital and deal with those consequences

You are in for an agonizing ride ODing on OTC medication. If you wait until the pain starts and decide to go to the hospital, you might already be fucked. You'll be in a far worse position than you are now if damage is done but you survive.

I support your choice to end things, but this is not a good idea. Oxy is one thing, but NSAID OD is a terrible time. Worst physical pain I've ever felt in my life.

If pills don't come up when you vomit, it's too late. Vomiting won't help you at that point, and a hospital visit is mandatory.

I can promise you this is not something you want to experience. I thought "I don't care" too when I took the tylenol.. Until the pain started. It will feel like your insides are being dissolved in acid. You will be retching non-stop, but after your stomach contents are empty, nothing will come up but bile. But it won't stop. If you don't seek help at that point, expect symptoms to last for days - weeks until you die of organ failure (if you don't just fuck yourself up). I made it ~12 hours and that was my breaking point. Even with IV antiemetics it took hours until the retching stopped. I am lucky to have suffered no long-lasting consequences.

I'm not trying to scare you, but having experienced NSAID overdose, I would not wish that pain on anyone; especially someone that's just trying to end their pain. There are better, equally accessible means of CTB than NSAID overdose that won't leave you regretting your choices. I wish you well.

Yes, you will. But trust me. You're going to prefer that, as much as being inpatient sucks. You'll be there for AT MOST a few weeks (if not just a few days, which is more likely), and then you can investigate other means of CTB. You do NOT want to die this way. I promise you don't.

If you don't get help soon the outcome will be very bad so better get going. Take the bottles of what you swallowed if you can but the main goal is to get to the ER quickly. The psych ward is the least of your worries.
