I have fasted for 9 hours. Just took ibuprofen.
Have meto ready and think I'll take the SN in one hour. Scared, mostly for failing and maybe the pain I have to endure. I'm a zombie. Working up my courage as we speak.

1 hour before drinking SN	600mg of Ibuprofen or 1000mg of paracetamol. You can use any pain killer as long as you stay within the recommended dose
45 minutes before drinking SN	3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total)
30 minutes before drinking SN	Double dose of what is recommended on the label of the antacid.

I keep postponing. Have had some coffe. I'll be alone for a few hours this afternoon and I hopefully will have the courage to take the SN. Scared if it does not work. What if i wake up? I'm planning on two glasses with 50mn water and 25 g of sodium nitrite. Has anyone survived this? So tired all the time.

I did not make it today. Took ibuprofen and meto. Prepared two glasses of water. Went to my psycariatrist. That appointment messed up my whole plan. Not that it made any difference in me wanting to CTB. Scared that it will not work and that I wake up in a worse state than I was. Hospitalisation and distrust from the family.
I wake up every morning vanting to get it done. Mostly afraid that I'll wake up and find myself in a worse state than before. So tired all the time.

Reliability of SN is where I also doubt. But many in this forum have told that it's pretty much reliable.

Update, starting over with antiemedics tomorrow. Will be alone all Monday. I have read every corner of SN documents. As it seems one has to endure 20-40 minutes of discomfort before passing out. Mentally preparing for those minutes, hoping to get it done properly. I am determined to exit. While waiting, praying that I die from a stroke in my sleep.

Fear of failure, and fear of beeing found to soon. I now feel some small effects of the zip I think. Makes me frightened, cause I can get caught if I need medical attention. A little nausea, tingling in my feet, shaky and a minor blurred wision. Did not swallow, just had a taste.

Made it ready with straw. Did not taste as bad as I imagined actually.
