Just came from the mail. I also already have Metoclopramide, but it's only 4mg, is it enough or should it be higher?

hey, super happy for you that you were able to get your hands on such thing! good for you.

as for meto, stan's guide recommends about 10mg of it. i've never seen anyone take anything less than that. i hope you're able to get some with a higher dosage.

Ok. It's cheap, I'll buy it and the acid regulators.
So, it says it has a bit of other things, including heavy metals. Can it be a problem?

3. The SN will act much faster than any of those heavy metals / additives could harm you. Just make sure that you actually do want to CTB when using it.
4. If your meto is 4mg per tablet you just have to take more tablets. I think Stan's guide suggests 3x10mg. So you would have to take 7-8 tablets of the lower dose (4mgx8=32mg).
