Just getting worse daily

I'm in sales and it's full commission, the other day I gave a customer a quote and it was a 1k commission, after giving the quote I was in my car checking messages and I saw that a customer let me know they went with another company. I wasn't thinking straight and screamed FUCK!!! out loud in my car.
I looked up and I noticed the customer was in their driveway with their children and the wife looked in my direction of the car. I was shocked and I should've got the guck out of there, they then were walking towards my car and I just kept looking at my phone.
When the wife walked by I was looking up and waved but all I got was mostly an unfriendly look.
I fucked up the sale, I texted them back asking if they had questions about the quote but didn't receive an answer. I get frustrated easy when I'm depressed as fuck and I should've killed myself already. My life went into the shit hole after I went on shit filled meds and my dr nearly killed me with a dangerous combo. If I had a sawed off shot gun right now my brains would be against the wall and ceiling

So sorry this happened to you. Sometimes I scream in my car on the way home from work. They went with another company … how did they think you were going to react.

im sorry :(. I definitely feel the same in my mental state and physical state detoriating and getting worse even though im trying to get better. seems like it wont for me. hope you feel better.
