I always read cognitive behavioral therapy. I also think it's because of this that auto correct things CTB should be CBT lol.

Also if ur currently in psych ward be carefulllll. They see this and you might get thrown into IOP after or some shit. Worse case is they extend it to a 7 day hold following your 3 day(assuming ur American).
