Hi Everyone. I'm new here, and just wanted to say hello and express how grateful I am to have found this forum. I'm 48, and I've struggled with depression and anxiety my entire life, since I was a young child. I've dealt with so much throughout my nearly 50 years. I just feel so exhausted and defeated and miserable. Broken. I guess that's the best way to put it. Just alone and broken. Life feels like a punishment, and I hate waking up every day. I've thought about ctb for decades, and I'm actually surprised I've held on this long. There is so much more that I could say, but I don't know if there's any need to go further. I'm just grateful that I found a place with like-minded individuals, as I have no one in my life to discuss this with. Thank you for listening.
