Help Jumping

Hello

I tried to CTB a few months ago and I was hospitalized. I was trying to find information on jumping as a method, but I couldn't really find anything (I'm kind of new to the site, sorry). I was wondering if anyone has any resources on the subject and what a fatal height would be

There isn't great info on jumping on this site. Honestly it's not the best method due to how screwed you'll be if you survive. It's plenty fatal if you get high enough and as long as you don't land on your feet.
