Jumping into a construction side

Hello everybody.
Question.
Will I die when I jump from 45m (147 feet) into a construction site, landing maybe on earth.
Should I aim head first or doesn't it matter?
Maybe I can later add a picture of the landing site.

I'm not an expert, but 45m seems like enough height, especially if you go head first. But afaik jumps are tricky, hard to calculate the lethality
