i know concrete is best to guarantee death but if its from the 17th floor or 170 feet high, shouldnt the outcome still be death?
From what ive seen in methods that involve jumping from heights, that is plenty deadly. Concrete is best, but I think if the jumper has high enough terminal velocity they won't survive. Do note what
@EmptyBottle said, that it may or may not be death, and one might survive and be in the 1%. I can vouch for it being a 99/1 death to survival scenario, and please please please look at it that way or it'll end up worse in case the jumper survives. I was still alive and breathing after a traumatic attempt that i thought would 100% be enough and has high mortality in nature, yet i am still here and the suffering is even worse because of the disconnect between mind and body - mind is dead, body is alive.
