There is a 6 floor parking garage and 2 13 floor apartments where I am located. Both straight to concrete. Want to know which one would be more viable. And how to overcome the SI? Alcohol? Benzodiazepines?

Parking garage won't work. 13 floors is just barely enough to make it potentially viable but still carries significant risk

This should give you the info needed. As for the SI I'm not sure.
With jumping I'd probably use alcohol/weed to get me in the right mood. Benzo would be good too but I wouldn't mix it with alcohol.
