Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Pretty much what the title says. I've found a bridge relatively close to me that they haven't put suicide netting on yet, and it's around 210 ft from the surface of the bridge into the water. Will that height be enough to kill me? I've seen some conflicting details on the matter.

Well there are alot of variables in there. I will offer what I can.
About 300 ft/s to hit terminal velocity with earths gravity. The caveat here is resistance, clothes you wear and position you fall in. Fastest falling position is face down. That being said the landing is water, would be my guess at that height water is not water anymore, more like a hard surface that will cause instant braking effect. Like cliff diving there is a survival factor but that assumes there is a dive. Without breaking the water with arms and just having head on impact, there would be a high chance of breaking the neck. So if a fall didnt cause instant death paralysis in the water would by drowning.
Ive no inkling as to your particular situation, no idea how you view the world or other people in it. In regards to the hearts and innocence of some others in the world though might be worthwhile to think on that a smidge. Alot of animals crawl off to pass their last moments in a secluded spot, away from prying eyes. Just a thought that may have already been considered is a child nearby witnessing the act, an unwanted but well meaning savior may take the leap after, an unwitting kind hearted fish just happens to be in the impact zone.
It may be you are not comfortable with kind fish death, just being aware and not trying to say "Boo" and spook you.
Whatever the circumstances may the decision always be yours Boogirl.
The fall will either kill you outright
The fall doesn't kill you outright but renders you unconscious and you drown without knowing it.
These are best outcomes.
The fall doesn't kill you, you stay conscious but break a lot of bones then drown.
That's an awful way to go but yeah it'll do the job.
The fall doesn't kill you but you somehow get rescued from the water before you drown. You will no doubt have catastrophic injuries most likely paralysis,
That's the worst case scenario, although the least likely outcome.
It's gonna take a lot to beat your SI and get off that bridge. I'd urge you to think your plan but if you are determined then I hope it's very quick for you.

This is very helpful, thank you. Would it be a good idea to strip before jumping? I can have my clothes off in a few seconds if need be, if it would make the fall more likely to kill then I would try and do that.
With regards to people seeing me- yeah, I'm not particularly interested in traumatizing people. I considered and threw away the idea of suicide by train for exactly that reason. This is a purely pedestrian bridge in a relatively quiet area, I'm hoping to get in during a quiet time and fling myself off at a time when nobody is around. Believe me, if I could get SN and die quietly at home I would, but unfortunately Duckworth and co ruined everything.

Thank you as well. The bridge I'm going to has about a five foot tall railing, I'm hoping to be able to quickly clamber over and angle myself downwards so I can hit the water as headfirst as possible. I don't think it would be possible to redirect yourself in the air very well, since it would take around 3-4 seconds to hit the water, but the very mechanics of climbing over the fence should make it pretty difficult to hit that horrible feet first position. As for SI- we'll have to see. I think the main difficulty will be getting there in the first place, since it's a pretty big trek. I've never been in a position of imminent death though, so who knows? I'll hope for the best.

Yeah head first is what you should be aiming for, forgot to add that.
I have considered your method though witha far lower bridge (about 40ft), no tall ones near me, would be definite drowning for me if I went through with it. I considered mixing benzos and alcohol to try and beat the SI but there's a danger of just passing out on the bridge.
prepare some benzos or AT LEAST alcohol to overcome the SI. Otherwise, you won't be able to do that. And with benzos it may become easy and even fun (you'd be so detached, you may think of it like a game).

I'd drink some alcohol beforehand, except I'm worried that it'll make it harder to die since it acts as a muscle relaxant. Although now that you mention it, it would probably be prudent to bring some along just in case.
I'll be honest, I'm not sure how SI functions in a more abstract danger like jumping where the danger is somewhat removed, as opposed to something like stabbing. If anyone has tried jumping before and failed because of SI, I'd love to hear what it's like.

Describing the bridge in your posts, is this the Newport bridge? I live in RI and thought about jumping and did some research. There is at least one guy that survived the jump. I am afraid for all the reasons other posters mentioned.

No dont have to go naked,…nope. Maybe just closer fitting clothing. Resistance is what would slow you down, was the reason I mentioned it. Terminal velocity may not be reached but it would be close enough, just dont jump with a parachute on. SI does what it is supposed to, survive, till the expiration date. SI isnt a reasoning portion its animal instinct. SI is always active but with other things in life, doing something scary that kicks SI in, distract it. All actions take a moment but are then wrote in times fabric. SI doesnt have to be conquered, just set aside for a moment. There are a fair amount of methods that only take a moment. Not that you havent, or many others, considered the loop hole in SI, perhaps be steadfast in your decision. Climb a fence, pause, what suffering brought you here?, let the heart cry, breathe one big breath, wait for a moment of calm and choose.
Life is only as rare as death, cant have one without the other. Both of them are of intimate and priceless value. One is the whispering echo of love and the other is an unerring destination all will come to. IF you choose in your suffering to walk a shorter path, may comfort of that decision wrap you tight till the last step. The last I would ever wish for any is having a change of heart when a path has already been ingrained and death can already be seen waiting patiently sipping hot tea, be sure for more than a moment of your decision.
Night Boo love, caring, honesty, grief, and acceptance for whatever choice you make,

It's Walkway over the Hudson. As far as I can tell, no one has survived a jump from there, but not many people have tried, probably because there's a bunch of other bridges in the area and it only opened as a pedestrian walkway in 2009.
...Also, I read the stats wrong, the height of the bridge is 210, clearance below is 160. Which... pfeh. I don't think it changes things that much, but it does raise the likelihood of living.
