There is a bridge near me that is 135 feet tall. It is over water. Would this be enough to kill me?
There is a section over land, would that increase my chances any? There is also a bridge that is 212 feetToo high chance of survival. You could wind up horribly crippled if you don't drown.
Thanks so much. I think I'll look into another method. You could always zip-tie a backpack or two filled with rocks to yourself, but drowning is a very unpleasant way to go.

I appreciate it… I know I could search myself but I am completely overwhelmed so I really appreciate the direct linkSuicide Resource Compilation

Unless I am incorrect, I believe that at a certain velocity water does almost the same damage as solid ground would and you'd probably break all your bones and disconnect your internal organs. I'm also terrified of heights too. My thought was to drink as much as possible, take Xanax and have no idea what the hell im doing and just jumpJumping into water is something that I'm considering however I don't think I'd do it from height.
At least if I'm pulled out alive if it's unsuccessful I wouldn't have a body full of broken bones and all the pain that comes with it.
Plus I absolutely hate heights, I'd nope the hell out of that if I somehow found myself standing on the edge that high up lol.
I appreciate it. I'm mentally I'll and in a confused and dazed state most of the time so I unfortunately need my hand held through things most people would find on their own.Nah, the link is technically easy to find but ik for new users it's a bitch and a half so no problemo. Yea I totally get that… it's scary ASF but knowing more than likely I will die immediately is the only plus. I'd definitely have to be on drugs… then I probably wouldn't even care. Who knows tho. I wonder if the few seconds of absolute panic and fear are worth the instant death.Yeah I've read that too. Just for me personally jumping from height just doesn't appeal. I know it can kill you pretty much instantly if done right, it's just very scary for me.
Im often in a high rise building and I have found myself looking out the window and wondering if I could leap out and it's always been a resounding no lol.

Fun fact: You actually don't want to be on drugs for a fall you might survive, well specifically depressants, since a relaxed body handles severe impacts significantly better than someone who tenses right before impact.Yea I totally get that… it's scary ASF but knowing more than likely I will die immediately is the only plus. That's not to say that liquid courage won't help for something which is unreasonably unlikely for you to surviveThank you for letting me know this information
I've just been informed as you can see above that it makes it more likely to survive, being fucked up. This is something to take into consideration but I'm guessing from a good enough height that won't be too much of an issue…I think a drink and/or drugs combo is definitely a requirement for a lot of people to muster up the courage to go through with what they plan. I know for me it would be too.
For an instant death it would be worth it I think yeah. As awful as the moments before would be, it would be over in a flash.
Thanks so much for the info, I am still looking into methods so I will take this all into consideration. That's not to say that liquid courage won't help for something which is unreasonably unlikely for you to survive

Problem is that it then defeats the purpose of an instant death lmaoAs the OP asked about jumping into water I think that'll take care of it even if they were to survive the fall.
So if you're serious I guess, always jump into water lol.
True, but drowning due to broken bones and such sounds brutal AF but sounds almost like a certain death. It's so hard to choose. I want to peacefully die at home but I wanna die fast too. I'm in the US and most drugs are laced with fentanyl at this point so I'm looking into that as a possibility…As the OP asked about jumping into water I think that'll take care of it even if they were to survive the fall.

SN, N, and other N(Nitrogen), while not instant are pretty solid albeit harder to get your hands on(since you more than likely atm have to go to South America for that shit).True, but drowning due to broken bones and such sounds brutal AF but sounds almost like a certain death.
