Jumping is something that can only be done on impulse for me, the SI that comes before you jump and during the fall is probably incredibly hard to deal with, I probably would not think anything other than absolute terror as the SI kicks in even though suicide was something I chose to do

Yes SI will have you doubt your previous decision. I think it's how the brain punishes us for killing it
