I've set the date, now just building up the courage

I have set the date I plan to leave this absolute hellhole of a life. I am autistic, 23, and I genuinely cannot recall one actual positive memory. School was just a cesspit of bullying, work is minimum wage and there is no joy to be felt there, so I give up. I live in the UK so I can't be bothered trying to get SN because I know the UK customs would confiscate it and potentially rat me out to the authorities, so I'm just going for a classic hanging. All that really remains now is to build up the courage needed to go through with it. It's easy to think very negatively about your life, but to actually end it is another matter entirely. I'm slowly building it up, though.
