So many failed attempts and then postponed because of Christmas and birthdays. Hope extinguished. Christmas over birthdays done. Time to amend for my wrongdoings. Goodbye my friends. Therapy helped me see why but I can't live with knowing how I hurt those I love. 58 years of mental anguish has to end. Change means nothing once you have lost the trust you once had.
