my therapy appointment didn't go as planned. I have tried to get help but what's the point of help? If they're going to tell me useless advice that doesn't even actually help me. They told me that I need to get more sleep that is the most obvious thing that I've already fixed. sleep schedule for a while. I don't need to sleep I need actual help everybody's so stupid makes me so angry makes me want to die even more because if I die, then I won't have any of these problems. I am depressed and no one is going to try and help me properly. They're just gonna tell me stupid advice that doesn't even actually pertain to the actual problem, it's so irritating that no doctor that I've ever met has been able to help me solve my problems like what's the actual point, and now I have an upcoming trip with my now ex girlfriend because we're now 'just friends ' and it kind of hurts me because I thought I could propose to this girl but now it's just over so what's the point right?
