I used to think powering through your failures/rough moments time and time again was a sign of strength. But, what does it matter if you keep on failing?
Nothing and no one is perfect. Good and bad moments happen on and off. But I'm tired of "getting better" and then having to face my past darkness over and over and over again
It's also probably exhausting for people. You do everything you're supposed to. You go to therapy, take the meds, do all the right stuff to be "healing" and then you slip. Again, again, and again. People eventually get tired "why aren't you getting better yet?" They ask
It's tiring. So, if you want to give up it's fine. It's ok to accept your limits
