Hello fellow human beings.
Straight to the point:
Our view on any topic in life is a matter of perspective.
In our case the topic is suicide.
A simple example (taste topic):
1. A person that likes a lot the taste of coffee, will say that coffee is the best drink in the world.
2. For another person the taste of coffee is nice, but he will not say it's the best.
He will occasionally drink it, but will prefer something else which he considers better tasting.
3. For some coffee is disgusting, they will wonder: "how people can drink that shit!".
Notice: sometimes tastes (and opinions on topics) change, as we get older, and suddenly we can change our mind about it.
Now about suicide:
1. Pro Lifers: Most of the time those persons are healthy, happy with their life and feeling good.
They never had big problems, deep depression or any kind of pain for long time, ect. (so they have no way to understand suicidal people).
Also their worldview is most likely religious, which is also a big matter on their perspective on the topic.
They see life as a pure gift of fun experiences, beautiful, happy.
2. Pro-Choice: Those people might have had an experience of pain, they understand why some people are suicidal, they have been in their place.
Or they are sensitive and can understand by logic/emotionally that the other person is in pain.
They understand that people can be happy or unhappy with their lives.
Life can be a gift or a prison.
Most likely they are not religious.
3. Pro-suicide: A person that is in some kind of pain (physical or psychological), which won't let them enjoy and live a quality life.
They feel this pain and can understand why people are unhappy and wishing to cease existing.
Their life is a prison, and they think that nothing can help it and they should exit.
Those people are most likely not religious, but even a religious person will ask God to let him die 'cus they suffer, ect.
That's in a nutshell guys.
Everything is a matter of perspective in the end.
Your thoughts?
