You are forcing yourself to believe that a train, specifically one en route this week, is the only option you will ever have. There are myriad other options for anyone in any circumstance, especially when you say you have already stooped to the level of trains.

Also, utilizing "catatonic" and the pillar of salt allusion either incorrectly or incoherently, on top of indecipherably ambiguous grammar and other mannerisms, makes the last line really hard to read
