Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So I've visited my doctor and was able to get pills called "kinito". It's active ingredient is Itopride. Google says it's a dopamine D2 receptor antagonist and has an anti-emetic action. Sounds good... but I haven't seen it mentioned in here or the SN guides, which makes me paranoid. I've tried the pills and they work pretty well. What do you guys think? And how would I go about determining the right dosage? Thx for any answer sweethearts!
