I just got an update of the tracking information of my package.

It currently says "Item presented to customs."

Has anyone else had this? Should I be worried?

Yes, that is normal and is part for any international shipment. "Presented to customs" just means that a package has been officially submitted to customs authorities for processing as it crosses international borders. It is standard. This step is part of the customs clearance process, where officials check the package to ensure it complies with regulations and that duties or taxes are paid (if applicable). During this time, customs may inspect the contents, verify documentation, and determine if the package can be released for delivery or if it needs further evaluation. The status can indicate that the package is being processed, and updates may follow regarding its release or any required actions.

If everything is in order, the package will be cleared and move on to delivery phase.

All is fine, take a deep breath and relax! Hee-hee-ho, hee-hee-ho (kidding). But seriously, all is fine and normal.

Hope you find everything you are looking for and get peace & serenity.
