The fact I shouldn't have it was pissing me off. It was like an itch I couldn't scratch, and trust me, I have no intentions to scratch forever. Just scratching once satiates that urge, desire, compulsivity and need to kill all pain. That scratching itself is nothing I need or crave all the time. In fact, it's hell on earth to keep scratching everyday, never living, never breathing, without needing a scratch. So I choose to live totally free from scratching, and I prefer it that way. I'm happier, healthier, smarter, more empathetic, more loving and more emotional when I'm not scratching.
So why is it, when you're happier living without something/someone, you still feel that itch and you just have to scratch it?
