Sorry. I'm just complaining to complain. It's just getting worse, and I've had a plan for years now that I would ctb in August 2024, and I've been in therapy for over a year to try to give up that plan -- choose to live out my life or at least live a little longer -- but lately, it's just, nope. Idk if I can erase/end my death date. Even if things do get better, they will just get bad again. And again. That's all. Sorry.

Existence really is too cruel after all, I find it awful how there is no limit as to how unbearable existing can get. But anyway I wish you the best, it must be tiring being in that situation.
