Before I got my hands on a reliable and swift method, everything felt overwhelming and suffocating. Now that I know that I can check out at any time, I am so much more resilient and my well-being is way more durable and hard to shake. I had this realization while I was sitting in a sauna; It's hot, sweaty, uncomfortable, and I'm suffering but the fact that I can leave whenever I want or stay as long as I want makes it much less scary. Peace to all of you this is not pro-life BS just a random observation

Nice. I'm planning to buy a shotgun today. A fresh shave and shower should help. I was looking haggard before and wouldn't have much confidence walking into the store.

I am also in this boat. As long as my life is bearable enough I will stay alive to spare my parents the grief of losing a child. I love them so much and don't want them to suffer
