Help Is this the latest SN scheme?

Per the January 2025 PPH:

Sodium Nitrite Protocol
Fast (clear fluids only) for several hours
Take 30mg (3x10 mg) tablets of metoclopramide
(Optional) +/- 400mg crushed propranolol ni water Wait 40 minutes
During the weight time, dissolve 25gm of sodium nitrite in 50 - 10 ml of plain water
Crush 20 x 30mg tablets (a full card of oxazepam) with mortar &pestle
Mix crushed tablets with enough water until a drinkable solution is created
Drink sodium nitrite in water
Drink oxazepam (+/- propranolol) in water
Lay back

One post said this, but I didn't understand it: Is propranolol taken while taking antinausea medication, After taking SN, mix Benzos and Propranool into a solution and take it.

3. wait 40 minutes
4. make a different drink with 25 grams of sn and 50 ml of water
5. crush the benzos, mix with the propranolol drink
6. drink sn
7. drink benzos & propranolol

If the preparation of SN solution and Benzos solution is started immediately during the 40-minute waiting period, will the efficacy of the drugs be compromised after 30 minutes?

1. swallow the 30mg of meto uncrushed
2. crush 400mg of propranolol and mix it with some water (but dont drink it)
3. wait 40 minutes
4. make a different drink with 25 grams of sn and 50 ml of water
5. crush the benzos, mix with the propranolol drink
6. drink sn
7. drink benzos & propranolol

Thanks, this is confusing in PPEH as it's not clear that you DO NOT drink the propranolol mixture when it talks about preparing it!

I do wonder if you are supposed to prepare multiple benzo/propranolol mixtures then if you do vomit after taking SN.

if you took meto, both drinks should remain in you for long enough where propranolol and benzos are already in your bloodstream taking effect by the time you vomit, especially when theyve been crushed and dissolved, its absorbed very fast. so to answer your question, no, unless you vomit like within 5 minutes, which is very unlikely with meto
