Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Is this site also filled with members who are ready to leak the situation and information in SaSu?

The term "informant" might be an appropriate term. I'm curious as to whether this site is completely safe from surveillance or even stalking, given its previous appearances in the news media and the stereotypes it carries.
Saw this thread in the queue (auto-mod filtering) so figured I may as well answer. No, this site is not safe from surveillance or stalking, no site is. You should always be careful online with how much information you're willing to disclose to others. The Rules and FAQ page contains a minor section on privacy which should be considered when utilizing SaSu (or any other online service, especially where your real identity is not tied to the service as in a work or academic setting).

I think this site is surveilled by authorities heavily. 5-Eyes for sure. But I think more importantly police and investigators. They are looking for sources I guess. After suicides of members they probably do research on here to find their information. I could imagine there was more scrutiny in the past. When the major outlets like BBC and NYT reported. I think they follow this forum still. But under US law many things on here are legal according to this reason article that I read.
Fun fact: Uruguay interpol searched for the former administrator who came from that country. And then they let him go from what I read because they couldn't find a law that makes his actions illegal.
It s a long time I read that take it with a grain of salt.
very likely that this site is surveilled. i think the feds or cops would probably be more interested in finding potential criminals or evidence of "shady business" like marketing of regulated substances. besides that, i think site admins or hosts would be much more valuable targets than random users.
It would be impossible to run a site like this and completely lock it down. To do so would render it useless to the people who need it. That's just the problem with people in general and why we can't have nice things. Most people just can't leave other people alone. People will lose their shit over some stranger doing something that doesn't even affect them.
