I honestly don't know if this is a good idea or not so I need help.
I know butane from like a lighter that you don't spark is a VOC. And it's one of the most dangerous ones to huff too, I think it's the top 3 most likely inhant to cause sudden sniffing death syndrome.
But here's my idea— one of the main things that spike the chance of ssds is exercise since it makes your heart rate go crazy, so I'm thinking that if I did a vigorous exercise until my heart rate is at 100bbm< x , then exhale as much as I physically can , then using one of bics wind proof lighters (since it has the option to just press the butane button only without the spark) and just put it in my mouth and inhale slowly until I can't anymore. If nothing maybe exhale and do it again, then get up and do a bunch more exercise if I physically am able to.
I'm thinking of also adding in a monster energy 20mins before doing this , maybe even on an empty stomach if that'd help. Plus huffing sharpies before too.
I cannot in any way shape or form get caught attempting suicide again, so I really need to know if this will work or if it doesn't work will I be able to pretend like nothing happened?
I know this sounds kind of stupid and it might be. but Im really desperate right now and have failed over 30 attempts of various methods over the last 5 years or so. So if you have any information please let me know I would appreciate it so much.
