No it's not. I once tested partial with an equal thing and it broke. That golden thing will break and then the rod will fall down.

Absolutely not. Partial mega thread says it is but literally just try adding maybe a bit of weight to that bad it'll break pretty easily. Trust me, this happened to me and i had to go through the trouble of fixing it
