Help Is this against rules?

I have been looking for an online friend to meet up and ctb with.
Is looking for someone in this forum against the rules? I am questioning this because I wouldnt consider this as "help" but moreso as something that could bring me comfort and make me less fearful If I were to go thru with it- and I know I would never make a friendship with someone unless we both knew we are ready.
But it also doesnt count as "not help" since making the situation more comfortable would encourage me a bit more.
