Venting is there something wrong with me?

i dont know why ive had noticeable mood swings which make me feel like im some sort of god to having suicidal thoughts in the span of a couple days/hours, i told my friend about this and he told me i should go to a therapist and that he personally thinks im bipolar, after that i took a couple of those online test for bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder (yes i know those tests are mostly bullshit) and i got a positive on all of them. i dont think im bipolar and i dont want to go to a therapist. i just want some sort of medication to make it stop because its making my life a hell
