Help Is there anything that makes one less scared of ctb?

Something like a drug/substance that makes you less scared of doing it, more reckless or something like that. I never tried to ctb before because I'm too scared of dying in general, I'm too anxious, think in too many "what ifs", when I'm truly ready I don't want to chicken out, but that probably won't happen being sober and myself. Any tips are appreciated.

As you've already been told, benzos, alcohol, however, it could also be some other substance or drug that compels you to do it, that's what I've thought about. The biggest problem is that it also depends on the method. I've even thought about a train, but just imagining the blood, the pain, the sounds, and the sensation demotivates me, even though I have every desire to leave this world, and it's a contradiction that pains me deeply.
