Discussion Is there anyone who is considering plastic bag suffocation method?

How are you preparing for it? I have access to nothing, and even sea is always crowded. My method is to use adhesive tapes to cover my mouth and nose.

I practice it by holding my breath. Suffocation itself is unbearable in the sense that my body itself automatically resumes breathing. I see that if I cover my mouth and nose in a way that it can't automatically start breathing, it needs me to manually remove tapes AND I can overcome SI to not remove them, ctb should be possible

If I hyperventilate, I can hold my breath for 80 seconds though. But after 80 seconds suffocation is triggered and I still don't lose my consciousness.

The problem with plastic bag method or tape is that the material may not be strong enough to stop breathing or stop you from tearing it apart. Some people have done it tho, so it's possible. Either plastic bag or strong tape have been used for this.

Although it's horrible, I strongly consider swallowing something like candies to choke and suffocate myself. They can't be easily removed, and unless people find me and ambulance arrives, 40 minutes will have passed

I would be careful with that. Our last moments shouldn't be too painful.
