Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm taking antidepressants for panic disorder, but I'm not sure if they're actually working. I still struggle to breathe and experience heart palpitations. Has anyone here found them effective?

They're really not effective. I take flouxetine for depression and anxiety. They don't do much besides feeling numb. Honestly a benzodiazepine is a better option. Good luck getting them prescribed by a doctor. Psychiatry is bullshit.
I am also taking the benzodiazepine Xanax. Xanax wasn't enough, so I was prescribed an antidepressant as well, but the results have been disappointing.
Yeah, I can't relate as the benzodiazepine Klonopin I take works but still psychiatry is a scam but it can still try to keep you stable. It would be nice if you could get the barbiturates lol they would likely have to work pretty well for anyone. Don't take too much but it would be easy to overdose. I wonder what anxiety relief med would you need??
I guess I only edited my message but will be able to talk still.

I've tried medications like Quetiapine and Abilify, but they didn't really help. Right now, I'm undergoing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy; it's frightening and difficult, but I have to push through it.

Not currently but I used to be on anti depressants, it triggered a skin disorder and got red dry rings all over my thighs so I stopped the medicine, it may have improved my mood at that moment but the side effect wasn't worth it at all
