I tried some meditation tutorials but it didn't work and I am too hyperactive for it, it doesn't feel relaxing at all, I just want to do nothing but then I feel empty in a painful way and my thoughts and memories hurt me.
They always say I should imagine my dream world but I don't have that since my childhood got ended I can't imagine a world that would give me joy only not existing or feeling like a baby or small child would but I can't just feel like that only by thinking about it.
Sleeping also hurts only nightmares, I just want to rest from everything but as I said then I feel empty and memories I don't want and thoughts, I think I can only really rest by ctb.

Yes. It´s called breathing therapy. You should find info and books about it on the internet.

This isn't exactly what you asked for, but it might be helpful.

Falling asleep with progressive muscle relaxation or meditation is extremely helpful for some people. In my experience, sleep stories are a far better option. I can fall asleep much quicker. It distracts your brain just enough to avoid rumination before bed, or at least reduce it, and there are a lot of options. Youtube is a great place. I recommend 'Sleepy Cat Meditations' for guided sleep stories. There are a few breathing exercises before the story starts, but imo having a story follow rather than more exercises is better.

Another channel I recommend although it's more of a guided meditation would be 'Michael Sealey'

If you are having a panic or anxiety attack, grounding techniques can be more useful than breathing techniques. Once you are a bit more grounded, it will be easier to do the breathing exercises.

Also make sure you practice grounding, breathing, and mindfulness skills before you need them!

I wish I could instantly fall into deep sleep whenever I wanted.

I don't see how it could help my panic attacks have a reason.

Maybe short meditation sessions and watching a favorite show? Mediation has personally helped me not overthink as much. 2-5 minutes of mediation is good enough, maybe even shorter if you want. You'll get better at it as you keep doing it. Watching a show keeps your mind off things too.

Taking a walk also helps, maybe try writing out your thoughts? When I think a lot writing out my thoughts help me stop thinking so much.

All these things take only a few minutes, it doesn't hurt to try, right?

Panic attacks are a physiological response. It is activated by your nervous system. Grounding techniques counter what your body is doing. Your panic attacks have a reason, but the body response is the same. If you dunked your face in ice water for example, it activates a reflex which will calm you down. Once your body isn't in fight or flights, you can do other techniques such as mindfulness, breathing exercises, or even distraction easier. These are all scientifically proven and studied. You won't perfect it overnight, but it is very helpful.

Apart from that, medication might be helpful. A beta blocker like propranolol or a benzodiazepine like valium. Your doctor/psychiatrist might be able to prescribe it.
