I don't think so? Tadychardia (fast heartbeat) is known to occur, but I dont think heart attacks have ever been reported?

It can definitely cause a variety of heart issues as well as other issues. Nothing is 100% 🤗🌹💔

Cardiac arrest is common but most likely it's after unconsciousness.
