Method Is there any method that is particulary suitable to combine with a high dose of an opiate ?

Note: I don't currently have that, but that may change.

Can't do the sedative plus opiate combo, meaning that the sedative wouldn't do much. I also have some opiate tolerance.

Important: reliability (not surviving with brain damage).

I know it's very easy to mess things up by combining methods. Better one method properly executed than 10 that fail.

I'm physically impaired, I wish I could still travel, rent my own boat, carry 80 kg and while partially sedated, drown myself. ! (the body tends to float) I just couldn't carry any real weight.

Quick look: symptoms not exactly fun, 12 hours till death in one case.

the symptoms of yew are only really bad if you dont remove the volatile oils first i read. If you make the tincture right death comes in like an hour or less and you just fall asleep.
