You might vomit the SN.

Methods that Don't involve ingestion can be done drunk I'm guessing ... Like hanging , jumping , trains etc etc

I think the general idea is that there's a much higher risk of vomiting.
I'd assume possible interactions with absorption and acidity but haven't done any research around that, just pulling it from thin air and it makes sense to me.
