Help Is there a way to make it seem like I died from Covid?

I know this is a long shot but I recently got Covid and was thinking if there was any way I can make it seem like I died from this instead of CTB

I'm afraid it's not possible and if it is, it would have to be incredibly painful.
As far as I'm concerned, your lungs would have to be seriously damaged to cause death from covid

Aside from actually getting a severe fatal case of it? Yes, but it would still involve CTB.
