I am 67 and had a good life so it´s unlikely unless my death beats everything.

No, not at all. The more I try and improve, the more I'm shown I'll always be an alienated wretch. It's too horrible of a feeling to persist through.

Absolutely not. My happy days are far back. From the early 1980's until 2015, I had a joyous life with my partner but after she passed it's been terrible. There are no more happy days left for me. Lonliness and grief will kill me sooner rather than later

yes?, but like many other times I was "happy" I'm sure it'll quickly be replaced by despair again :/
still... if I were to rate my life so far, I would say it's been somewhere between "shit" and "mediocre", so I feel like things can't get that much worse unless I have a complete breakdown or something, then I think I would just ctb at that point :P

There's a chance. But not if I keep living the way I am now. I need to make substantial changes. And I've been telling myself that for an awful long time without making any progress towards them.

Replied yes, but does it even matter. If once i'm high on another dose of dopamine or serotonin it never contradicts that things are all shit in this world and I hate staying alive here

It's nice to think about it but I doubt it. Life is going to get harder the longer I stay alive. I don't doubt that I might have one of the best days of my life someday. But it's gonna be surrounded by the shittiest days I could ever imagine.
