Is there a reason to stay up tonight?

I have extended release Ambien. In 2 hours I'll be home. My plan is to take Ambien, some melatonin and sleep until tomorrow.

Is there a reason NOT to do this?

sleep is bliss, if it works for you, do it

If I could I would. Doctor refuses to give me anymore xanax. I just need something to knock me out.

When I get too miserable or have too much pain to stay awake I just take enough painkillers, ambient or Xanax to knock me out for a long time.
