It's looking like this. I thought it would be a lot clearer.
I bought it from a chemicals company and I think it's safe to say it's pure SN. I just don't know if there's a possibility tap water changes it.

The yellowish color look legit; It could just need more dissolving or mabye there was an anti-caking agent added

Yep what he said. SN commonly comes in a yellowish tinted color and should nearly instantly dissolve in your water, not too much stiring should be required

I see others saying to use distilled water so I'm not sure but tap water does have chemicals in it. If it's food grade it may have an anti caking agent in it. Not sure how that would affect it however. People have said at first it's cloudy, then becomes clear.
