mine's the same -- just the way it's packaged, i think. i've read on here that once the seal is broken, it becomes more salt-like than brick-like. :)Yep mine was rock hard too. It's supposed to loosen when the seal is broken, but I'm not opening mine until the day I need to use it.Similar threads
