I'm not sure if I'll try this method again
I couldn't even stand up straight after the effects kicked in and landed on the floor a couple times. It was quite a scary experience though. It's not a quick form of CTB, but prolly dont need any sedatives as it knocked me out.
So antiemetics ( I didn't get meto as I don't have access to it, but it was medical grade and around 50mg, didn't feel like throwing up at all), tagamet and SN should be all you need.
Took around 20 to 30 minutes to kick in though. You'll probably panic like me so at least you'll need around 2~3 hours alone time.

Thats good to know as long as it knock us out its good. 20-30min is perfect.

still alive and kicking
I managed to force myself to vomit a fair bit last night (fingers down throat)
it was nitrite, probably I might have had a small amount since I'm underweight and petite so the effect might be more prominent
not sure if I can pass this off as an accident
so checked myself out in the mirror, my lips are usually pale so I can't tell if they are still blue
my arms ache because uh when i passed out I went all hulk and yanked a clothing rack off its hinges. Now i understand what Banner feels after being hulk. No visible blue parts on my body
About the medical attention part I really don't know how to phrase my wording to the doctors

If you still feel bad please go to a doctor. You can say a hunter friend is curing meat and you accidentally ingested some of his SN. Please take care of yourself - just because we're going to ctb doesn't mean we have to be a mess when we get aboard.

Exactly this. The doctor doesn't have to know it was intentional. Please get yourself checked out. Speaking from stubborn experience, there's no need to live with more problems on top of everything else. Hope you're doing okay.

Hmm so I just dissolved around 15g SN in water.
The SN I have looks legit right color powered form etc.
I'm sampling a bit and it's weird - there's no taste, it's like drinking salt water, but there's this weird sweetness that comes through in the end
Any of you experienced this :notsure:

Yes it taste like ion sports drink. Like pocari sweat.

Why is everyone insisting he goes to a doctor? SN doesn't do any brain damage in case of failure

Why? it sounds like it can work really well, what's the problem with this method? scary experience? well it causes death, don't you want that?

what to do if I vomit and i wont be able to stand up and make another dose or anything, will I die? Im pretty sure I would vomit cuz my stomach is damaged, I vomit regularly, even if I take antiemetics. last time I took them for3 days and I vomited anyway, but I have many issues. Im relying on this method

SN could indirectly cause brain damage by inducing shock, a heart attack or cardiac arrest. It's highly unlikely though but it's a risk of the high methemoglobinemia (causes arrhythmias)

you will most likely die, it will just take a lot longer. make extra doses beforehand.

He didn't take enough SN to ctb. He became sick from testing it. He admitted he did not follow the instructions. While blacked out, he trashed his place of residence and hurt himself in the process. Not following the regiment and simply taking a test dose is not likely to kill someone but it will make them very sick. We advised him to seek medical attention not because he was dying but because he was ill from the SN - nauseous, sweating, shaking, blue lips and in a panic. I, for one, do not condone someone already suffering to suffer more in such a way - a way that was not resulting in ctb. It sounds like you missed the point here. SN can work very effectively when it is done correctly - this was done without a beta blocker or the recommended antiemetics.

thank you for your kind words. I wasn't nauseous but yes to all the other symptoms. I'm female btw. This may still be my go to method as other ones aren't working for me, just not in a good mental state to ctb at the moment, want to be calm when I do things.

I'm sorry lol everyone else said he, not she. I was just trying to stick up for you here without overstepping because the other user didn't understand. There's only so much info online about taking SN without death so your post was actually really helpful so others can know what will happen without the regiment. Plus, there's nothing wrong with changing your mind  Ctb can be scary.

thank you, very much appreciated. I've never really been this close to death with my previous ctb attempts and even though I was pretty calm and prepared beforehand, I was in panic once the effects kicked in. Now knowing what I'm going to experience will definitely help when I go for it again.

i'm sorry it was such a negative experience for you. i get what you mean when you say you want to be calm. if i get to book my ticket then i want to have as nice a trip as possible since the rest of it has been so fucking awful. probably why doing it in "peace" is the goal for many. this shit just sucks

Sodium nitrite, used ordinarily to cure meats. It turns haemoglobin into methaemoglobin, which has such a strong affinity for oxygen that it is unable to release said oxygen, causing death by hypoxia. Seems to need metoclopramide or another strong dopamine-blocking anti-emetic, lest you throw it all back up.

I have Sn but I don't know if I could go through with it. Seems like a horrible experience that may or may not work.
