It can be hard to get but I'm not sure how hard it is for you to get in Europe.

Not illegal to have but it can be difficult to get by customs. It doesn't help that people are notifying sellers about the SN deaths, either.

SN is garnering a lot of attention. Even if not quite restricted, sellers often need to be licensed and are becoming increasingly aware of its use for ctb. More and more are refusing to sell pure SN to individuals for liability issues.
