Pain brings fear, wether it's physical or mental, If pain is removed, fear is removed, humans wouldn't be scared of death, arguing. Burning themselves by mistake etc, the world would be so much better, I wish I couldn't feel pain. Though life is random, it can either be good or shit. We can't control that

The problem with more painful suicide methods is that there is a higher chance of the survival instinct kicking in causing the attempt to fail, and there is also just the fact that suicide is purposely made so inaccessible in general and not everyone can access reliable methods, it just depends on the individual.
So while technically some short lived pain experienced through a dying process doesn't sound as awful as suffering for decades on end in this hellish reality, the problem is that suicide isn't as straightforward as just enduring a bit of pain with eternal freedom from all suffering guaranteed at the end.
I've always personally fantasized about the last sensation that I leave this world with, to be a pleasant one.

The very last sensation is the most important in my eyes, so It's best to make it as painless as possible.
