It's a TCA so it's going to have similar effects to other tricyclics in overdose. It can work alone but it may take a long time and might result in unpleasant symptoms like nausea, vomiting, headache, rapid heart rate and convulsions.

The PPeH recommends using it on combination with other medications to make it more peaceful and certain, but those can be hard to obtain (morphine, digoxin, diazepam).

Search the forum for DDMA to find more information on the suggested combinations.

Don't bother. Lethal antidepressants don't exist (for obvious reasons). Even bupropion comes with a warning/suggestion to not prescribe it to suicidal people, since it's slightly more lethal, but still not lethal at all in overdoses.
or do u just lose consciousness?
You don't lose consciousness at all. It's gonna give you serotonin syndrome.

This neglects to mention that TCAs are just a supplemental drug. The only important drug in DDMA is the morphine (and maybe the digoxin). This is just a fancy version of opioid overdose. The supplemental drugs are used because in assisted dying nobody wants to see their loved ones have muscle convulsions on their deathbed.
