Most of which I can't change and should blame my ugly parents for

I get emotional and sometimes just wanna end it but maybe dopamine maxing is worth it because some of you folks have no choice.

I do believe that looks are VERY important. Not just from a societal standpoint, but from a self image standpoint. I can never wrap my head around the people that spout body positivity from being ugly. There is no benefit to being ugly whatsoever.

I don't think that there is such thing as an invalid reason. If the pain is so immersive that you consider ctb, any reason is valid. Sometimes and for some people there is a chance to fix the pain and turn everything around.

That being said, I'm totally aware that looks play an important role in life. However, I've seen ugly people in relationships, too. If you're focused in looks and believe that this is the only reason you're not getting along with people (or potential romantic partners) that'll stop you from looking for solutions — as looks cannot be changed. Inevitably you'll end up depressed which makes people instinctively turn away from you. If you could change your mindset, become less awkward in social interactions and had a positive outlook on life, you could test wether or not looks are the only factor that brought you to this point.

I would try working in that.

I myself have been in relationships with women that looks-wise have been way out of my league.

The reality is that anybody should be able to exit this world whenever they wish to, existing is completely meaningless and futile, and anyway we are all destined to die whether there is a reason behind it or not. But looks are definitely a factor for me too. Not just in terms of dating, but friendships, and acquaintances, too. Even platonically, people are friends with others they find attractive, both emotionally and physically. My face looks very angry so I scare people easy. Actually, it's quite a good skill. But not helpful in any interaction that isn't negative. I am very deficient in both emotional and physical regards. It has damaged my life, among many other issues. Too many to fucking count. It makes it more difficult but it's still possible to maneuver around and potentially form a relationship with someone , but you'll need to compensate mid-low looks with good personality and/or a lot of money. But yeah, genetically blessed people who are attractive without effort can have bad personalities and no wallet but still easily find relationships and friends
