Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

A weird hope I have is that once I'm dead people will remember me and bring my memory around, like that one girl that ctb in Japan while on Livestream, which is probably a bit silly but I do wonder if I'd ever be remembered in suicide circles, and how I'd be remembered, based off my diary would people say I'm an insane lunatic or would they remember me as a lovesick girl? No idea

i think about that too sometimes when I read threads from members on this forum that had passed away. i can't help but wonder how im perceived by other people online and what kind of memories would be left of me. i dont think its wrong, i think it's deeply human to want to be remembered and to know that you mattered </3

i think whatever happens a part of this forum would remember you for sure, at least I know I will.

How would you remember me, if I can ask? I can feel that my day is coming soon, there's a kind of peace that washes over me when I realize the day is coming, strangely enough

i really hope i'm not remembered, so i can die in peace and become nothing. i think it's okay for you to want the opposite.

hmm. i think i would remember you as a deeply passionate and loving person. it seems to me that you have a lot of love inside you and it's hurting you that you can't express it towards your person in the real world right now. i would be really sad that another person with so much love inside will be gone from this world, we really need more of them as most people seem to be cold and uncaring, but ultimately it is your decision and i hope it brings your peace, i hope the afterlife is real and you'd be able to reunite with your person there 🖤

It's absolutely not wrong. Wanting to be remembered is the most fundamentally human thing there is. Every handprint we find on cave walls, made tens of thousands of years ago, was a human being who wanted to say "i was here, i existed".

I read the beginning of your diary and you strike me as a profoundly beautiful soul. I think your idea of writing a diary is a great idea, not just because it makes it more likely that you'll be remembered, but that you'll be remembered in the way you want to be.

I think this site isn't just for sharing advice and support relating to CTBing. It's for those who have nowhere else to be open about these kinds of issues to have a place to share their voice unencumbered. And this site serves an eternal memorial to the experiences of those who've posted here, whether they end up CTBing or not.

It's our cave wall.
